  • Cultural Site Stewardship Program: Developing and managing a volunteer program to help the land management agencies monitor and protect cultural resources such as prehistoric rock art, known as petroglyphs, and archeological remains. This program includes database management, recruitment, and training and recognition of volunteers.
  • Get Outdoors Nevada: Developing and managing an interagency volunteer program that consolidates database management, recruitment, training, and recognition of volunteers for all four federal land management agencies. This program sponsors volunteer events throughout the year on the public lands.
  • Southern Nevada Take Pride in America Program: Developing a public messaging campaign and creating an anti-litter strategic plan for public lands, and a GIS database. The program also will organize annual clean-up events and establish ongoing clean-up efforts that use alternative workforce options.
